Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread, your choice, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons KKV Jalapeno Jam
  • ½ ripe Avocado, mashed
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Grape Tomatoes, halved

Directions:

  • Spread Jalapeno Jam on to toasted bread. Stir lemon juice in to mashed avocado. Carefully spread on on top of jam. Cover with grape tomato halves.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread, your choice, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons KKV Tomato Jam
  • 1 hard cooked egg, sliced
  • 3 – 5 radishes, sliced
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

Spread Tomato Jam on to toasted bread. Top with egg slices; place radishes on top. Season with salt and black pepper as desired.

 

Strawberry Ricotta Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread, your choice, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons KKV Strawberry Preserves
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios – whole or chopped as you prefer

Spread ricotta cheese on to toasted bread. Top with Strawberry Preserves; sprinkle on pistachios.
